This exercise is all about writing a story that has the potential to transport you back to the place and time when the love you felt was new and exciting. So, when that question comes you’ll be able to confirm with great enthusiasm, “Yes. I feel it!”

Taking the time to write your experiences in a true story format that includes a beginning, a middle, and an end will add a layer of intimacy and authenticity that a simple Q&A format doesn’t capture.
